About your guest speaker, Ricky Stover.

Ricky joined the former Canadian Pacific Railway in December 2020 leading sales and marketing for the International Intermodal and Automotive lines of business. In July 2022, he was appointed to lead CP’s Domestic Intermodal services. After the merger between CP and KCS Railways in April 2023, Ricky was appointed to his current role leading CPKC’s North American Domestic Intermodal business segment; the first single-line network to connect Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.

Ricky has diverse leadership experience across railroad, intermodal and trucking business sectors. Before joining CPKC, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing at C.R. England – North America’s largest temperature-controlled transportation provider.

Ricky began his transportation career at BNSF Railway, where he held several roles of increasing responsibilities within the intermodal and industrial products business units. After earning his MBA at Texas Christian University, Ricky joined the faculty as Adjunct Professor of Supply Chain Logistics within the Neeley School of Business. Ricky now serves as a board member for the Center for Logistics & Supply Chain Management at his alma mater, the University of North Texas.
